Persepsi Peserta Didik Terhadap Pelaksanaan Program PDS Di Sekolah Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP
Abstract
Assignment of lecturers at school (PDS) is the realization of the LPTK revitalization program, specifically related to partnerships between LPTK and laboratory schools and / or Partner Schools in order to improve the quality of professional teacher and teacher candidates. This study aims to reveal students' perceptions of the implementation of PDS programs held at the Padang State University Laboratory Development School in the 2018/2019 academic year. This type of research is descriptive research. The research instrument was in the form of questionnaires on students' perceptions of the implementation of PDS programs in their schools. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively. The subjects of the study were elementary school, junior high and high school students developing the UNP Laboratory who were targeted by the PDS program. The results of data analysis were obtained (1) The average value of perception of elementary school students was 84.4 with a very good category; (2) The average value of perceptions of junior high school students is 76.4 in the good category; (3) The average value of perceptions of high school students is 81.7 with a very good category. The average overall score is 80.8 with a very good category. Based on these findings it is recommended that the PDS program be carried out continuously and extended to all existing subjects according to the applicable curriculum.
